Absolut Extrakt is a bold, yet delicious shot combining superb Absolut vodka with a spiced warm flavor of green cardamom and other secret ingredients. It is celebrating our Swedish heritage by bringing a modern take of the traditional Swedish “snaps”.

History
Swedes have been infusing alcohol with spices, herbs and plant extracts for hundreds of years. The spice infused spirit was most often drunk as a shot, or a “snaps” as Swedes would refer to it. Proud and inspired by this tradition, our modern distillers created Absolut Extrakt. And, like the rest of the vodka family, it’s produced in Åhus, where our founder L.O. Smith was born.
Ingredients
Absolut Extrakt is made with premium one-source Absolut Vodka and natural flavours including extract from green cardamom. Absolut Vodka is made with water and winter wheat. The water comes from a deep well in Åhus where it’s protected from impurities. The winter differs from other crops: it’s sown one fall and harvested the next one. The days in between it grows under the Swedish snow, developing its hard grain. Also, the use of fertilizers is minimized.
